Who we are

Run by Ed, Matt and Nicky, Incorporate are an incredibly unified team and some of our clients have been with us for over 25 years. We think that might be a record!

Listening is a rare skill and it’s one we have developed into a fine art.

Led by two brothers and a sister we have a rare mix of skills that enable smooth, efficient and reliable working practices. As a family we tend to be more instinctive than most teams and that means there is an inherent understanding between us.

Our enthusiastic and ego-free approach enables amazing relationships with our clients where we become part of their team, part of their family even.

Ed has worked closely with a handful of our best clients for nearly ten years, whilst also looking to expand our customer base and keep lots of lovely new projects coming in.

A strong knowledge of print production means he also spends a fair amount of time liaising with our print partners and ensuring that the end product always meets or exceeds the expectations.

Since Ed has a very active toddler and another on the way, he doesn’t get any time to himself at weekends…

With over ten years in a customer-facing position within the b2b communications sector, Matt has worked on a wide variety of both online and offline projects in his time.

He loves nothing more than getting his teeth into planning and executing a rebrand or a key communications piece and has a particular fondness for typography and brand identity.

Buying new shoes and attempting to lower his golf handicap keeps him busy at weekends…

A diverse CV (including IBM, a tennis equipment distributor start-up, and the Barmy Army) means Nicky brings a range of skills to the business, most notably strong project management techniques and tight control of the purse strings.

She’s an organiser (so there are lots of neat piles of paper on her desk) and most of her time is spent keeping the studio running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, she coaches girls to play cricket and cooks lots of delicious food for her friends…
