We delivered

The first task was to develop a front cover design for the 2010 Christmas Card incorporating both a seasonal feel and promoting their international network of companies and subsidiaries. This was done by adding in flags from all the countries that Alliance Boots has a presence onto a bauble image (that also represents a globe).

Once approved, this design was rolled out into over 30 different versions, each with a unique greeting on page 3. Alliance Boots is truly global so there were over 10 different language versions as well and, in total, over 60,000 cards were produced. The cards were printed on fully recycled stock and then sorted into kinds and delivered to multiple locations worldwide.

Incorporate managed the whole project, from concept to completion and liaised directly with the corporate communications team throughout.

Green and grey are our two primary colours but, as you will see from the website, we have introduced another three strong, bold colours to work alongside the grey. The identity is flexible enough to allow it to evolve over time. We’ll see how it goes!

We delivered

This included a printed invitation, an animated email invitation, attendee information document, 12pp event brochure, raffle ticket and a set of pull-up banners.

The event was a huge success and was attended by all senior members of staff across the whole group as well as many other major players in the industry.

We produced

Incorporate were asked to create a fresh look for their Annual Review, in-line with a recent rebrand and their more contemporary feel. We focused on a clear, image-led layout whilst incorporating key-line imagery to add interest and relevance to the content in an effort to engage with the audience as effectively as possible.

It achieved

The Annual Review received lots of positive feedback, was published both in print and online and was available to all members.

The findings and proposals required a hard copy report to be designed and printed to communicate these to politicians and the media.

We delivered

We felt that the key to maximising the impact and awareness of the report would be to design an eye-catching cover to hook the reader and then simply let the facts speak for themselves. It was important to the effectiveness of the report to have a clean yet impactful way of representing the critical data that the research had unearthed.

The reaction

Two weeks after the launch of the report, the European Parliament voted on the Provision of Provision of Food Information to Consumers which sets out rules on labelling for the food and drink industry in the EU and will see an end to the unfair practice of labelling imported meat as ‘British’. A great result for TCAF and they will continue to lobby for further changes to the legislation.

We delivered

Having successfully pitched for the project, Incorporate created the design and produced the artwork for the entire bi-monthly publication, including sourcing imagery and taking pack shot photography where necessary. We then handled the complete process of print and fulfilment of the final packs.

The reaction

The training programme is still in its infancy so results are not available at present however effectiveness of the project will be measured on the number of wall charts and answer sheets that are returned following the first six workbooks.
